i'm a single mother trying to get my life back. i know that if i get to the desired body i want i will have more energy and be more confident. i have been on a weight lose program for the last 5 weeks that has not shown me the desired results i'm looking for and i'm working hard. i refuse to give up so here i am asking for help.
