I've gotten a whole new meaning to BABY GOT BACK! It used to be that I had a booty that my students claimed "could hold an Encyclopedia" now I have a well defined back! I've always struggled with weight. As a child I was constantly teased and had very low self esteem. My only time that I was somewhat fit was during my 40's when my husband walked out of my life leaving me I've gotten a whole new meaning to BABY GOT BACK! It used to be that I had a booty that my students claimed "could hold an Encyclopedia" now I have a well defined back! I've always struggled with weight. As a child I was constantly teased and had very low self esteem. My only time that I was somewhat fit was during my 40's when my husband walked out of my life leaving me with a new born and 2 young children and to relieve my stress I started going to the gym. In the past 5 years, I've remarried and with the good life over 20 lbs have crept back on. The weight gain is making me feel sluggish and keeps going up. I've lost most my muscle tone and am bulging out of my clothes. I am so fearful that I will once again weigh over 200 lbs. I need an immediate size decrease just so I can fit back in my jeans...so when I saw the infocommercial about the 10 minute trainer I felt I had no more excuses, everyone should have 10 minutes for themselves! The 10 minute program seems to fit my life style. Obesity runs in my family and I have to watch my diet and exercising constantly. My longtime goal is to be an example to my family of what one can achieve if they put their heart into it. Already, my son (over 500lbs) has taken over my bands and following some of the routines, while becoming aware of the suggested nutritional advice given in the tips. Even the teachers at my school have been inspired to start their own transformation programs. Together they've lost over 500 lbs. Now that I am experiencing a new life style that is healthy, energizing, and exciting my overall goal is to to continue to improve my transformation while helping others to decide on their best path, commit to that decision, and succeed as I have done. You're never too old!

Yes, I'm 58 years young and feeling the best I ever have. I started out depressed with no energy to help myself. I was bulging out of my size 16 clothes. Then I saw the inforcomercial about the 10 Minute Trainer. Tony Horton told me everyone can find 10 minutes. I bought the program and it has changed my life. First I gave 10 minutes, quickly going to 20 minutes and finally 30 minutes. In 5 months I was comfortably fitting in my clothes, feeling energetic and learning to eat small balanced meals. I was rewarded with $1000 in April '09 from the MDB game (check the success stories).Then the ChaLean Challenge came out, surely I could tackle it. With the help of my WOWY buddies I kept to it, got muscle definition where I never even knew I had muscles. My health has improved and I have so much more energy.It's life changing. I barely recognize myself as I lean out and watch my newly developed muscles sculpt my body. I have just completed the ChaLean program and decided, yes...I can find an hour everyday and tackle P90X. I feel on top of the world, loving life. My body has transformed, my mind is in a better place. I have energy and look forward to each new day. I've completed P90X and have started P90X+, wow my capabilities keep getting better. I can now do 4 pull up, 50+ push ups, and in a size 6. With the help of all my WOWY and facebook buddies I have maintained the level of motivation and desire needed to change my life. Since I started with beachbody I have surpassed all my expectations with winning the $1000 April competition and am honored to be representing each of you in the $25,000 Grand Finale MDB Game Contest. Thank you for your motivation. I feel so blessed, that's why I became a coach and would love for you to be a part of my team!
