I have made a change in my lifestyle by maintaining an exercise program and
implementing healthy food choices. After dealing with gestational diabetes
during pregnancy, I realized I wanted to make healthy eating and exercise a
permanent part of my life. By making my health and well-being a priority, I hope
to be a positive role model for my children!

I recently gave birth to our 3rd child and am starting the process of losing my pregnancy weight. I maintained an exercise program throughout my pregnancy that I am slowly restarting. I wish to lose all of my gained weight ~ a total of 30 pounds.
