Hey there, thanks for stopping by. My name is Troy Cooke, all my friends call me Malibubu. Yes, they actually call me Malibubu, I swear it. My wife and I are here in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, where there is lots of sun, beaches and incredible fun. Yes, the constant awareness of how good you look and how active/fit you are. I won’t go into detail about my adventures in the fitness world. Lets just say I have been way up and I have been way down. Then there was a point in my life as I approach 40 that I figured I hit rock bottom in my personal health and fitness. I was just not happy with the way I feel, definitely not happy with the way I looked, and most of all was definitely not happy with the fact I could not do the one thing that I love the most, paddle out on my surfboard and catch a beautiful wave. So, I had to make a decision, to continue on the path I was heading and not be able to do the things I love or change the way I was living so that I could feel good about myself and I could do the things I love. Well, as you probably know, I decided to take the road to a better life of health and fitness.

So that is it, time to make the commitment. Really it was that easy. Once you decide it was time to do it, now it was time to decide how to do it. Why I say it was that easy? It was easy because I found Beach Body and I found P90X. This sounds a little bit cliché but it has to be said, Beach Body has changed my life. With their programs and with their support I am on the path of being in the best shape I ever have been. Wow!!! I get excited just talking about it. That is how much the program has pumped me up.

So, what does the future have in store for me now? Well, I know one thing. I want everyone to have the same feelings I have right now. The confidence, the increased energy. The fact that I am proud of myself everywhere I go because I know I made the right decision in how I want to live the rest of my life. It is an incredible feeling and it is something I want to help you experience as well. You know, I could have done it on my own but with the support that I got from everyone at Team Beach Body , it was so much easier and definitely and I mean definitely a lot more fun.
