I feel as if I have counted calories from the time I was 12. I am now 33. I
wanted something that could become a lifestyle change and not just a fad or
quick fix.
I have 2 boys, Caleb (5) and Austin (22 months). My main goal is to get
healthy so I can be around as long as possible for them. I would also like to
lose between 20 and 30 pounds.
I gained 50 pounds each time

wanted something that could become a lifestyle change and not just a fad or
quick fix.
I have 2 boys, Caleb (5) and Austin (22 months). My main goal is to get
healthy so I can be around as long as possible for them. I would also like to
lose between 20 and 30 pounds.
I gained 50 pounds each time I was pregnant. The first time, the weight
seemed to fall off with just daily walks around the park.
This time is different as I have lost 35 of the total baby weight with over 8
pound of that being baby but, the last 15 won't seem to budge.
I was a smoker for 10 years and have been smoke free for almost 3 years and
will never ever go back to that. However, I have been told that I won't lose the
weight unless I start smoking again and I aim to discount that theory.
I have a degree in Business and worked as a family support specialist for 4
years until my second child was born and then became a stay at home mom. I
also babysit 3 other children during the day, 2 - 1 yr olds and a 3 yr old.
Needless to say working out is needed to keep the stress down. Hopefully,
TMT will help me do that since I really don't have the time for the
traditionally more lengthy workouts.
