I am a husband to a lovely and beautiful wife and a father to a 17 month old boy named Ryan. My wife is a tremendous and loving mother. We love watching sports, especially the Phillies and Eagles and our beloved Phillies just won the World Series. Philadelphia has not had a champion since 1983, so this recent championship was treasured by all.

P90X has been tremendous for me and my development. I can do more pull-ups and lift more weight then I have in the past. I still have a number of physical fitness goals to accomplish, the primary one More...

P90X has been tremendous for me and my development. I can do more pull-ups and lift more weight then I have in the past. I still have a number of physical fitness goals to accomplish, the primary one is competing in a triathlon. I recently completed the MS 150 City to Shore event. On the way down to the shore, I road the 75 miles in about 4 hours and 26 minutes. On the way back, I cut off 26 minutes and finished 4 flat. While I am happy with these results, I know I can do better.

One of my other goals was to develop rock hard abs. I am happy with my progress ad have some very solid abs...I just need to lose a little more weight to emphasize my abs. November 30th is my birthday and the day I know I will have the killer abs I am working so hard to obtain.
