Well, its been nearly a year since I started this journey. I am feeling fantastic. I have had my set backs, didn't work out regularly there for a while, spent a lot of time down the shore and ate and drank too much. But I have been back on track now for almost 3 weeks. What a difference, feeling so great. The scale isn't moving just yet, but I am trying not to be so concerned with the actual weight. I am more concerned with how I feel and how I look. My body is in much better shape, I am stronger, leaner, have more stamina, feel more flexible and have much more energy. My son said to me, a few months back, Mommy, you look good, you are smaller. That felt great! Kids, they say it like it is.
I am still around 210 lbs. I really need to work on my diet, it's hard, I really like to snack. Love the sweets. I am trying to burn more calories to off set the sweets. I need to just cut out the sweets.
