OK, I've had the P90 program for 3 years and never really totally bought into it, as I also had a gym membership. This time around the gym membership is gone, so its just me, some dumbells, and my DVD player! I have the next 9 months planned out and have already purchased P90 MS and P90X! My first grandchild is due this summer. I will be under 300 lbs. before she is born in June.

I have a history of being able to lose weight easily when I put my mind to it. Unfortunately, I also have a tendency to gain weight easily, and have done a lot of both over the last few years. I turned 49 last month. I will lose some weight, keep it off, and get in the best shape of my life before my 5oth birthday!
