My name is Pat and I live in Licoln, NE. I enjoy reading, playing music, and the sights, and smells of outdoor activity. I believe that I am able to go above and beyond my current phyisical strength, endurance and physique and I think others are capable of this as well.

I have kept in shape by running, long boarding and playing the drums. I plan to increase the distance I am currently running and experiment with some of the beach body programs. Traveling with a band has put some limitations on my workouts, but playing the drums, hauling equipment and being on the road has enabled me to stay in good shape.
