I started working out with P90, got discouraged when I started gaining weight and feeling more bloated and no results. I put that away for the time being. Then started yoga booty ballet, I really use this for the slow stretching especially more now due to the auto accident. It has helped me with the stretching and some of the pain. I have exhausted my Physical Therapy so yoga is helping alot. Turbo jam has been hard to keep up, my hip keeps popping out, back hurts and my knees continue to pop. I just have to continue to pump it up and stick with it. I feel GREAT, I see other people looking at me the way that I have never really thought any person would. I am just going to have to work out one day at a time. I will, I can, I am. love and peace!
P.S. I have lost 96 lbs with the Beachbody Experience thanks to the videos and to the support of the members of wowy.com and in the message boards. THANK YOU I will continue to push my self to be the best. I believe it to be possible now, and I can achieve it. That is one thing I would have never said before. Change is possible! :)
