At 17, I was topping the scale at 278 pounds at the end of June 1999. I had to do something. I asked doctor for some help, but was only offered a eatting plan that I would never follow and a prescription for a magic pill. I didn't know what to do. My health was not well, I had a infected gallbladder removed, then gallstones, then had problems with thyroid and depression. I was very insecure about myself and didn't like to go out and meet or see new people for fear of how I looked on the outside. I then started seeing someone that I was interested in and always thought he thought I was to fat for him. I started to stop eatting daily meals and started eatting once a day. While later, a friend lent me her P90 and yoga booty ballet to try them out. I liked Power 90 and yoga booty ballet stuck with it and managed to lose some weight with the combination of workouts and a eatting plan. Then had a auto accident in April of 05' I still work out(two years after the accident), just a couple times a week and haven't been as strict. I practice beginners yoga to stretch the muscles. I also liked the style of kickboxxing and fast results but never did it, because the sore muscles and joint pain that I was still having from the injuries from auto accident. I saw a commercial for turbo jam and immediatley had to try it when I heard the awesome music and fast fun moves. I absolutely LOVE turbo jam and can't wait to do it and get "pumped" and to "jam" every single day (and sometimes twice), on the good days. I know that with these programs the last pounds will melt away. Thanks Beachbody!

I started working out with P90, got discouraged when I started gaining weight and feeling more bloated and no results. I put that away for the time being. Then started yoga booty ballet, I really use this for the slow stretching especially more now due to the auto accident. It has helped me with the stretching and some of the pain. I have exhausted my Physical Therapy so yoga is helping alot. Turbo jam has been hard to keep up, my hip keeps popping out, back hurts and my knees continue to pop. I just have to continue to pump it up and stick with it. I feel GREAT, I see other people looking at me the way that I have never really thought any person would. I am just going to have to work out one day at a time. I will, I can, I am. love and peace! P.S. I have lost 96 lbs with the Beachbody Experience thanks to the videos and to the support of the members of wowy.com and in the message boards. THANK YOU I will continue to push my self to be the best. I believe it to be possible now, and I can achieve it. That is one thing I would have never said before. Change is possible! :)
