I'm a licensed optician in Arizona. My friend turned me on to team beachbody in April of 2008. I have a 3 year old daughter. I enjoy taking her for walks and rock hunting around the mountains. She loves to exercise with me too. I swear she should make a new kids yoga video! I've been into staying healthy since high school weight training.
