I started my fist round of P90X in March 08' and was really dedicated. I made
some modifications during my second round, only 5 days a week and worked
in some running and biking. After a taking it easy for a while to recover from
a shoulder injury, I started my third round of P90X on 11/18/08. I cut that
round short to start P90X Plus on 1/6/09 and I'm amazed at the

I've always been active and have stayed in shape since my high school wrestling
days. I would workout about 5 days a week (weights, running, biking etc.) but
realized that I was in a rut and needed something new. That's when I saw the
P90X infomercial and I'm glad I did.
