I started my fist round of P90X in March 08' and was really dedicated. I made some modifications during my second round, only 5 days a week and worked in some running and biking. After a taking it easy for a while to recover from a shoulder injury, I started my third round of P90X on 11/18/08. I cut that round short to start P90X Plus on 1/6/09 and I'm amazed at the improvements. I'm a heavy I started my fist round of P90X in March 08' and was really dedicated. I'm a heavy metal fan and I find that I get a lot more motivated when I do my P90X workouts while listening to something loud and fast instead of the music on the DVD's (even during Yoga X!)

I've always been active and have stayed in shape since my high school wrestling days. I would workout about 5 days a week (weights, running, biking etc.) but realized that I was in a rut and needed something new. That's when I saw the P90X infomercial and I'm glad I did.
