I am a group exercise instructor in the Northern Utah area and I also work for Powder Blue Productions as one of their Area Promotion Directors & Presenters. As an APD, I help people on their fitness journey as they take that next step and become a fitness instructor themselves. I am so blessed every day to get to do the thing I was meant to do and not something that I dread - ya' know? I am married to my best friend and I have 4 children and 1 darling grand baby (if I'd have known being a grammy was this much fun, I would have done it first=) I am as busy as I ever have been but, I really feel like I can do some much more-WOW!

About 10 years ago I got really tired of taking off my jeans and having the lines of them still on my body...ew! My energy level was non-existant and I had little children that I needed to take care of. One of my best friends asked me to join her as she taught a group exercise class. I was not a group exerciser and turned her down several times until her persistance won. From that moment on...history. I had lost about 15 pounds and I felt alot better but, I still wasn't where I wanted to be until...Turbo Jam! This is the workout that transformed me from being an average fitness level girl to WOW! what do you do? To date I have lost 30 pounds but, more importantly my body looks the way I have always wanted it to look. I've always hated my hips and honestly, I never think about them any more (unless I'm shakin' them). I feel so energetic and love to share the things that I have learned and that have made my life so much better. Go ahead and try Turbo Jam, what have you got to lose, oh yea...weight! YEA!!!
