I was an active single guy into my late 30's. I biked, ran and played tennis every day of the week. Then, I met the perfect woman and got married at 40. We just had our first child 17 months ago (I'm 46 now).

Since getting married, I continued to play tennis but being a consultant / programmer, I spend so much time on my rear end that I began to notice serious fatique and aches and pains all over
