For the last two years I have been putting my physical health on the back burner when it came to my business and raising my children. Doing so, I developed bad eating habits. I ate the junk food, fast food, and was a late night snacker.

For the last two years I have been putting my physical health on the back burner when it came to my business and raising my children. Doing so, I developed bad eating habits. I ate the junk food, fast food, and was a late night snacker.
After having my fourth child in 2006, I knew that the weight had to go. My weight at that time was 200 pounds. Before I starting having children, my normal weight was 150 pounds. I would like to get back to that weight by 12/25/08.
