Let's try this again! I have a long way to go before I reach my 90 days, but already, I can feel the difference in how much better I feel, especially right after my work outs! I've been adding cardio in everyday since walking/jogging was part of my daily routine already. I can hardly wait to see my results!!!! I'll keep you posted-
