I have been fluctuating like a rubber band and it has really gotten worse since the death of my mother. I used to be 123lbs when I went into the military and being 5"5 it has been a struggle to maintain since the birth of my children. I love working out because it gives me energy, keeps me active and maintains body weight. When I slag off, I am miserable, depressed and argumentative. I don't want to be 123lbs...I want to be a healthy 143. Once I reach my 30 day plateau w/P90 I will post more.
