I've been struggling with my weight for many years and have recently been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. At only 22 it was scary and I now know that I need to start taking better care of myself not only to get my weight and symptoms under control, but also to help with my goals of one day being having a family.

I am ready to succeed this time!
