My transformation began in January 2008. Overweight and out of shape, I decided to purchase the P90X program. I was extremely pleased about how well organized the program really was. I was always making poor eating choices and wasted countless hours in the gym getting no results. With P90X I no longer had to guess about my diet choices. I knew how to eat, what to eat, when to eat, and all awhile getting incredibly effective workouts each day. Best of all, I was doing it at home. I work full time and I am also a part time student in the evening so time for me is not something I can afford to waste. From the first time I pushed play I knew that this was something special. Although, the first week was extremely difficult, I knew that if I kept pushing play each day the results would surely come. Within 30 days, I started seeing amazing results. My pants and clothes were getting loose and people started asking me about my weight loss. I would explain to them that I was doing P90X from Beachbody. As if that wasn't motivation enough I also joined the Beachbody Club. Being a part of the huge online community helped keep me motivated and still does to this day. So, although my transformation is still in progress each day, I am currently down from 212lbs. to 183lbs. And I did that in less than 90 days. I am stronger, faster, more confident, and healthier in every way and I feel great. I wish everyone the best on their journeys as well. Just Keep pushing play!
