I keep buying foreign films from Amazon.com, it would make more sense to buy it from Amazon.ca but they don’t have the films I want, which are mainly German. May I suggest “The Tunnel” amazing movie, fantastic acting… Wow…. May I suggest “The Tunnel” amazing movie, fantastic acting… Wow…. I sadly like documentaries and intense dramas but that doesn't mean I don't have anything that resembles a sense of humour... I just like watching documentaries and movies that pull some sort of emotion out of me… I want to add yoga to my lifestyle but I only like styles like Ashtanga, I find sitting there breathing “listening to my breath” dull and uneventful hence Hatha Yoga is not for me… I am a cat person and have three fantastic cats to prove it. I think one of the most important things for people to learn in their lifetime is to really learn to love their own body and stop being at war with it. No matter what size you are at this moment... love your body and accept it in it's entirety. Your here! You made a decision for change, you are moving forward onto better things, so OUT with the stink’n thinking and inner critic which often is shouting loudly in our ear and IN with the positive inner voice! As I continue my journey with fitness, there are things about my body I have began to love. First of all if I have no trouble lifting my knees really high in knee-ups when in the beginning they were pretty low, I jump in the plyo sections now and I can now jump with great energy and intensity! It takes me longer to get winded in work-out and I recover faster. I can see the muscles and power in my thighs and stomach and arms developing... I know my core is strong and because its strong it makes my legs stronger. It's cool trusting your legs to be withstand and be strong for you in day-to-day things like movement classes. May I suggest as you continue your own path in life and move towards you own fitness goals. to find a friend or two who really cares about their body, their body not their diet; someone who eats healthy because they want to prevent disease and want more vitality and energy; Someone who sees the BIG PICTURE in the whole scheme of things. Let's face it people who are completely obsessed with diet and talk about nothing but starchy carbs and counting calories become a complete bore in the end and are not a positive influence on your wellbeing. I find the more people in my life who eat things like "Hemp Hearts" and antioxidents and really care what sort of nutrients are going into their body, the better my life becomes. The more I learn from them the more my body benefits. If you’re a picky eater and don’t like vegetables figure out what that is: A childhood pattern? Since you are no longer three its time to act like an adult and try new foods. I met a guy today who had never had a pear in his life.. never… and he was almost 40… I live in Canada and how he could have never even tried a pear in 40 years is beyond me? If he missed out on that imagine how much more he has missed out on… All the cool stuff he has passed by in the grocery store. Invest in spices, experiment with them.... The world is full of cool and exotic spices and trust me when it comes to good protein there is more then just chicken to eat. Be adventurous, don't make you diet dull, add some interest and keep it interesting to you. Never stop moving forward and becoming more aware and knowledgeable. | ||||||||
