Hello, Mountain41 here. I just finished the P90x and getting ready to start it again here soon. Live in Denver and hike the 14ers here and have done great with them, but should be even easier now, might have to go up and down and back up again.

So I have just finished the P90x and it was awesome. My goal at the start was to be able to run around and not get tired and out of breathe when I am playing sports. Do 21 pull-ups and improve in more strength. And of course get abs. I have always been in decent/good shape but let myself slack a bit, the beer caught up with me and a little more fast food then I wanted. So I started at 185 and was hoping to actually gain weight but only in muscle.
The first week of p90x was insane for my body, so knew that this would work. After two weeks I started seeing results. I said I wouldn't eat sweets and fast food during this 90 days and I lived up to it. When it got to 90 days I had lost the beer gut and abs were starting to pop through. I was more toned and fit. I am able to do 10-15 wide pull-ups now compared to 1. I have improved alot on curls and bench and I do not get tired nearly as quickly running around playing sports.
I managed to stay at my 185, so I obviously gained muscle and lost the fat. So the goals from here will be to try for gaining 10-15 pounds, get to my 21 pull up goal and just improve, get better and to pass tony and the gang.
