I am male, 45 years old and love to kayak, and snow ski. I played many spots in my youth and took Karate about 6 years ago then dropped out. Since then I hav gained 40 lbs and currently weigh 189 lbs. This is not only unhealthy but put a trumendous strain on my knees when I ski. I would like to loose that 40 lbs and get back in shape.
