Let me tell you a little about me...I was diagnosed with a disease that caused me to gain about 120 lbs in the last few years. I didn't have a metabolism. Now that I have that under control it is time to work these lbs off. Lets get fit and have some fun together!

I am a work in progress. My goal is to keep hitting play. I want to get in the habit of eating at least three times a day, sleeping, and working out 6 days a week. That will make all the difference. I am excited to see the change that takes place in my body in coming months and the changes that take place in my friends as we embrace this challenge together! :)
