I am a single and very proud mother of 1!! I grew up playing sports such as running track and basketball, but 12 years ago I tore the ligaments in my knees causing me to gain weight. I am now back on track and trying to get back to the weight I was at (140 lbs)!!

For months I would see the Turbo Jam infomercial on TV and just see how much fun the people were having doing it, so I decided at the beginning of June 2006 to invest in myself and get it. I started Turbo Jam Learn & Burn the same night I got it and felt so great. In two days I went up to the 20 minute workout and two days after that I was up to Cardio Party Mix 1 (which I totally love). So far I've lost 11 lbs and noticable inches. I still have a long way to go to reach my goal, but with Chalene's help in Turbo Jam and God's help, I know I will reach it. Thank you Chalene!! Turbo Jam rocks!!!

I have now incorporated Hip Hop Abs and Slim Series into my workouts and still doing Turbo Jam!!

I am now at my halfway mark of my journey and I am feeling great. Still only halfway though and have a ways to go. It is all about eating clean, exercising and keeping spiritually grounded for me.
