of things changed for me. I stopped being involved in activities and working

the point that I needed to stop with the excuses and start doing. I joined the
gym and started working out regularly but after 7 months of that I hit a
plateau. I was becoming very frustrated because I would waste countless
hours in the gym and didn't see any results. One day while in NY I saw the
P90x infomercial and from that moment on I knew that I needed to try it. The
muscle confusion made sense.. This is a journey that I try to get everyone
around me to join. My husband and a friend of mine is currently doing it. I am
looking forward to feeling and looking great. Just bring it!!
