I started working out last year by lifting weights. As soon as I started to see results, I would slack off and not keep it consistent (consistent with other bios I have read). Even though I'm not a larger person, I'm just a very out of shape person who hasn't been taking the proper care of her body (fast food, alcohol, smoking, etc) I know there's no time like the present to look and feel my best. My ultimate goal is drop some body fat and obtain the lean sculpted look, perhaps gain some lean mass. UPDATE: I've recently moved to Texarkana and started a new job that has a crazy changing schedule. It's been 2 and half months since I've finished round one. So I'm back after a long break and ready for round two! Motivation in any form is greatly appreciated!
