Transformation Story

I workout daily and I see and FEEL results daily. My goal is a body that is fit,
healthy and full of vitality, to get to a weight where its "preventative" rather

I workout daily and I see and FEEL results daily. My goal is a body that is fit,
healthy and full of vitality, to get to a weight where its "preventative" rather
than the cause of any disease. It would be embarrassing to die of something
preventable, wouldn't it? Heart disease is in my family history and I'll do my
part to keep it out of my future! Before I started with Beachbody, my doctor
wanted
to put me on cholesterol medication and blood pressure medication!!!!
I chose exercise over pills, and I WON! My test results are STELLAR year after
year. It's the BEST feeling. Oh, and after adding Shakeology? my C-reactive
protein levels and risk factors dropped, which is SO important to someone
who has family history of heart problems! PREVENTION IS KEY!!
