I'm a dedicated father and husband. I work as a test engineer in the Oil Service Industry. About two years ago, I got a job where I sat all day and doing nothing but eating junk food. My body isn't what it use to be. I want to change that to get back my "college body". I don't want to be ashamed anymore of taking off my shirt. So far, I've lost 8 lbs, decreased my body fat % down to 13%. I've stuck 100% to the nutritional meal plan, and tried to "BRING IT" each and every day. I've keep a personal online blog where I comment on my daily workouts, keep weekly picture updates to chart my body transformation, and keep a online spreadsheet of my weights/reps for all to see. I've become a member of the MDB message boards where I get daily support and some tips/tricks to keep me motivated.
My goal is to get down to ~175lbs and 5-6% body fat. (What I use to be in college). I want to use my blog to not only keep me motivated, but also allow anyone to use it as motivation for themselves and as a daily reminder to "BRING IT."
