I just turned 40 and have been making a lot of changes in my life. I'm really focused on losing weight and gaining some muscle definition. I'm also in the process of improving my watching my thoughts and improving my attitude; and laughing more.
I work for an environmental consulting company - sitting on my butt all day managing databases, programming, and making maps. I'm ready for a change,

At my annual checkup my doctor said that my 'good' cholesterol is low, and the 'bad' is high. I wasn't sure how to change this because I'm vegetarian, so diet changes won't make much difference.  More...
At my annual checkup my doctor said that my 'good' cholesterol is low, and the 'bad' is high. I wasn't sure how to change this because I'm vegetarian, so diet changes won't make much difference. He said to exercise and we'll recheck in a few months.
So I saw an add for Ten Minute Trainer on TV, ordered it, and Love It! I was a little dubious at what can be accomplished in 10 minutes, but Tony's workouts kick my butt. By then end of TMT Abs, I was literally crawling between the exercises.
Now, after a month, I'm better able to keep up. And my wife says she's seeing a difference. I enjoy working out (something I've never enjoyed before) and if I don't do a workout one day I really feel something missing. My 30 day weigh-in shows a little improvement. Less then 1 lb weight loss; about an inch off my waist, thighs, and hips.
