I am a Marine who has learned a lot about physical fitness and health over the years. I also realized that I didn't know as much as I thought I did. I have always been athletic and had excelled in fitness. But my body never really suggested I had that "fitness" body. I deployed to Iraq and was able to gain muscle and lose body fat by working out More...
I have always been athletic and had excelled in fitness. But my body never really suggested I had that "fitness" body. I deployed to Iraq and was able to gain muscle and lose body fat by working out twice a day; 1 hour in the gym in the morning and 45 minutes of cardio and abs. But when I got back I realized that it was very easy to regain all my body fat by working out less and eating out all the time. After two more years of learning more about fitness but never commiting to the lifesytle, I hit a rut when I lost the woman I love. I drank and ate and gained weight. I got my motivation and dedication back a couple months later and I started regaining and exceeding my previous fitness level. I even have hopefully, regained my love back as well. I want to continue to further my fitness levels as well as help others experience fitness levels that they didn't know they could achieve. Together we can make our lives better.
