My name is Nate Lee, I just turned 41 this past July. I’m originally from Chicago but live in Fayetteville, NC. I spent 12 years in the U.S. Army and at that time like most people in the military I was in the best shape of my life. I have also trained in the Martial Arts all my life, starting as a teen and continuing to this day.
After leaving the military in 1997 due to a injury that required a spinal fusion and a long and painful rehab, I trained and worked out like a mad man to get back in shape and started working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and Kick Boxing(Muay Thai)instructor.
After a second back surgery I started to put on weight again but this time instead of working it of like before, I started making excuses, I started doing more “coaching” than training, standing around barking out commands and not working out with the guys I was training like I did before. All the while getting bigger and bigger and loosing credibility as a trainer, I mean why would people think you know what you’re talking about if you look like crapp.
But now due to some life changing events that would take to long to go into I’ve decided that’s it’s time for the “Old Sensei” to make a comeback. I refuse to let my life continue that way that it has. It’s time to BRING IT!
