My very first MDB/TBB workout program was Tony Hortons P90X.
Before I began P90X, I was very overweight and had very little motivation or muscle tone. Plus I was extreamly unhappy with my body.

I started P90X one day at a time, immediatly loved it and felt so empowered by doing my workouts everyday, 6 days a week.

I can't even begin to describe the emense amount of emotion I felt when I could do 1 full plank push up in my first phase of round one the "X". I was floored at how far I had come in such a short period of time. I ended up doing eleven in a row, shocked at my own strength, stood up and cried a bit for my achievment and happieness over those plank pushups.

Now I am currently doing SI6 and happy to say that I'm "slimming" down quite fast and my legs are toning up fast!! YAY spring is right around the corner and I'm gonna be sporting more mini skirts!!

Tony Horton's P90X will always be my roots and I will always continue to have it in my routine some how or
another no matter how far I go!!
Even thought I workout on other wonderful MDB programs like SI6 I usually slip in some P90X Stretch on the weekends for deeper relaxation or a nice X YOGA for a sunday regrouping.

I've found that structure work's well for me, so the variety of MDB workouts offer that structure, and I am suceeding more than I thought I could with my physique.

Nutrition is very important to me and personal food intake is the key to success with any workout program.
So clean eating and following Michi's Ladder Teir's one and two are what I like to guide myself twords.

My whole life I've been moderatly average with being thin, but at my heaviest without child inside I was 170 lbs. So for being 5'5" that was a lot of weight to be carrying
around. I knew I had the fire inside to make a change and stick with it!!!

I didn't want to struggle anymore with all the "pain" & "weight". Everyday is a new day for me to stay strong and structured within my personal fitness routine.

My dream is to be a fitness model one day for the covers of fitness mag's everywhere. Even with my pale Irish skin and freckles I will make it one day!!
I'm determined to get the body I know I can have, and then to inspire other women in the world at a high exposure level that a magizine offers.
I love sending the message that women are strong and beautiful!!!

I am also very blessed to be a MDB Coach. I love helping others and sending
out positive feedback, support, friendship & kindness.

I am a very out going person so I take a lot of personal pride in helping others succeed with their fitness & clean eating.
