Hi my name is Roxanne. I am the mother of four wonderful children and a worship leader at Grace Place in Berthoud, CO.

I started Beach Body in October of last year, and then was diagnosed with frozen shoulder. Which made it very painful to work out. My physical therapist said no weights until this winter. So I am walking and trying not to injure my shoulder by doing too much. I am going on a cruise to Alaska at the end of July and need to lose some weight. About 15lbs would be perfect. So here we go, it's June 29th and counting... :)
