I'm in my 2 week prep for 90x Lean. I did week one as p90xLean, WOW. Following that with a recovery week. I'll need a third week to get ready, especially with diet and finding spots for pull-ups; probably another week of recovery. My current weaknesses are pull-ups and some stiffness in my left back. I also have a couple more supplies to lay in and I need to explore the boards. That all said, I've really been enjoying the workouts so far and just finished my sweatiest workout yet, a KenpoX. 10 day countdown.
