Transformation Story

I've spent the majority of my life as a slim, athletic and active guy. But as the
years flew by I noticed that the guy that appeared in the mirror and the guy
that was in my head were not More...
I've spent the majority of my life as a slim, athletic and active guy. But as the
years flew by I noticed that the guy that appeared in the mirror and the guy
that was in my head were not the same guy. I was becoming more and more
sedentary and less active. As a result my health was declining and the
positive image I had of myself had almost completely eroded. I found myself
eating poorly and looking to alcohol to deal with the stress of everyday life.
Not only was my physical health declining, but my emotional health as well. I
was unwilling to admit that I was in denial about the downward spiral that my
life had taken.

My big epiphany occurred when I was looking at a photo of myself that was
taken over the holidays. Photos never lie. I couldn't believe what I had
become. My fiance and I were in the midst of planning our wedding, and I
knew that if there was ever a time for a change it would be right then and
there. I didn't want to fall further into the downward spiral that many of the
men in my family had fallen into: Diabetes, Heart Disease and Alcoholism. If I
didn't make a change RIGHT NOW then I'd be certain to follow the same path
they did.

Now I must say that I’m about the most skeptical person I know. I don’t buy
easily into anything and I always look for the “catch”. I had seen the P90X
infomercial about a million times over the past 2-3 years. I have always taken
pride in myself for being knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. I knew
how to workout. I didn’t need some DVD workout program to tell me what to
do.

So why was I not getting the results? Why was all of the time and money that I
was spending on gym memberships and supplements not working?

One day I saw the P90X infomercial again and I finally decided to try it.
Looking back I wish I had tried it years ago. WOW!

Why wasn’t I achieving the results? It was simple...I wasn't following a proven
system, I didn’t have the support to help me through that system, and it
wasn’t laid out for me in a simple and easy way to follow. That is why P90X
has worked for me.

It has NOT been easy by any means...but it has worked. PERIOD.

I even convinced my sister, my fiancé, and my friends to do it too. We are all
achieving incredible results. I’m 32 and I have the same
energy now as when I was in high school. My clothing is practically falling off
of my body and I have to keep explaining to people how I’ve done it. I lost 25 lbs. during my first 90 days with P90X and the pounds are continuing to melt off months later. I am starting to believe that I too have that
mythical bodypart that only seemed to exist in comic books and Abercrombie
and Fitch catalogs: "Abs".

I’ve never felt better!
