Welcome to Million Dollar Body, we can do this together!!

My name is Sam and I am a the pastor of a great church in Missouri. I am married to a wonderful woman and we have three great kids. My background is law enforcement and I was a paralegal for over 7 years. I went into full-time ministry four years ago.

I was extremely fit in my twenties, but after a serious car accident I have struggled with my weight. I have steadily put on weight over the last 12 years and reached a terrible high of 348 pounds. I have tried every fad diet ever invented and none of them have ever worked real well for me. I am the classic yo-yo dieter. Lose a little weight and then put back on more than I lost. A very dangerous life style.

That is when I found MDB thanks to a great friend Lori Burns (LBurns). She introduced me to Million Dollar Body and my life has not been the same. I am eating real food and eating extremely clean. No sweets or fast food at all. I am concerned with both metrics (the weight loss and inches lost), but also the fitness (how I feel). I have had success in both in just my first 30 days.
