When I first ordered the Slim in 6 program, I was doing very well. I took a fall shortly after starting tearing my shoulder. I pushed myself to do what it took to get better mostly because my new career in massage therapy would suffer. It was vitally important to keep my arm strengthened. Through the enjoyment and the diversity of the program and quality workouts as if going to the gym, I started seeing results in how I felt and how this training helped me through a rough road. A lot of egos can change if we use our exercise as a mood regulator and just do it. I was very much encouraged while talking to others as they progress towards their goal. All of us have to power to make a difference and it can start today if YOU make the decision and act on it!
