I am a nurse and single mother of 2 beautiful children. I joined the Beachbody family last year when I was watching an infomercial and decided to order Slim in 6. I worked the program and definitely saw results. After I started using Slim Series and Ten Minute Trainer and was feeling better then I had in years! Unfortunately I ran into some family problems and fell off the wagon I am back I am a nurse and single mother of 2 beautiful children. After I started using Slim Series and Ten Minute Trainer and was feeling better then I had in years! Unfortunately I ran into some family problems and fell off the wagon I am back and more determined than ever though to whip myself back into shape! I decided to become a Beachbody coach to help motivate other busy women, men, mothers, fathers and professionals like me who really want to improve their lives. I am in this journey with you and will do my best and hardest to help you achieve your goals as I achieve my own. With me WE WILL BE IN THSI TOGETHER!!!!

I used to be in good shape and had a much slimmer build. I then had my first child. It took me almost 2 years to pull off the weight but I managed to do it. I then went to nursing school, had a second child, separated from my husband and almost 40lbs crept up on me.
I was so unhappy with myself that I had let my body get to this point. I had done slim in 6 in the past with fantastic results and decided that this was the path I was going to use again to regain my health!
I had a knee injury right when I was supposed to start my program but I did not let that stop me. I worked on my abs and arms and now with the clearance of my doctor I am going to start my next round of slim in 6 this coming monday.
I am also a BeachBody Coach! With my expertise as a Registered Nurse and my experience of having to lose this weight myself and being also being an everyday mother, worker and woman I know we can complete this journey together! I will do my best to support you, motivate you, educate you, and also be an ear to listen when you need to vent.
