I currently reside near Atlanta, GA where I work as a business sales consultant. I have been married for 8 years and we have a 3 1/2 year old daughter. I love spending time with my family, being outdoors, watching football, playing Rockband and going on road trips.

I am a long time user of Beachbody products and am absolutely committed to getting in the best shape of my life this year!

In August 2003, I saw Tony Horton's Power 90 infomercial late one night and was instantly transfixed watching all of the amazing transformation stories of seemingly ordinary overweight people. I wasn't extremely overweight at 225 pounds, but I was certainly neither happy nor healthy. I immediately ordered P90 the next day. I spent the next 6 months doing 2 rounds of it and lost nearly 30 pounds! I was so motivated now and felt ready to tackle the next challenge from Beachbody that I went ahead and ordered Slim in 6 and, then later, P90X. I lost another 10 pounds and tons of body fat! I felt awesome. And then, life hit.

The combination of new job and newborn child started to take its toll. I struggled to keep with my routine. My wife and I were both so tired all the time that eating out became a regular thing for us. I put back on about 20 pounds of the 40 that I had lost. I couldn't believe it. All that hard work I had done was going down the drain. I finally decided to dust off my P90 DVDs and get back to work.

It hasn't been easy these last few years. I've even tried doing other workout routines, but they were never as good or as motivating as my Beachbody routines. I probably have started and stopped my 90 day rounds dozens of times over the last few years, but I have managed to lose 10 of the 20 pounds I had gained back and have maintained that weight. I owe all of this to Beachbody.

I am now at the point where I feel I am ready to give it my all and back on the horse with a combination of P90 and Slim in 6. Once I've completed this, I plan to do 1-2 rounds of P90X. This will have me completed by the end of summer. I'm am so pumped and I hope you all will join me in transforming our lives!
