What brought me to begin my MDB journey. I was checking out a woman’s expo. There were many booths with jewelry, skin care products, and cosmetics. One booth caught my eye, MDB. With only 30 minutes to run through entire expo (had to pick up a child from soccer practice) and a 7 year old at my side, I stopped to talk to the lady at this table. I grabbed a handful of flyers and was on my way out the door.

I got inspired to start going routinely to Weight Watcher again. I dropped 5 pounds within 2 weeks. I know in the past I slipped away from attending meetings, when I reached my goal weight. Apparently I felt I no longer needed to attend at that point. Boy was I wrong. No support….No incentive….No longer at goal weight .

Once the weight started coming off it started to get me excited. I no longer just wanted to be at goal weight, but wanted to be strong and health as well. I remembered the flyers I had picked up at the expo earlier in the month. I got online and read what I could about Million Dollar Body and then contacted the coaches phone number on the back. I realized this was the opportunity I’d been looking for. I needed to make this commitment to myself and I did! I am now a MDB coach and am on the way to a healthier lifestyle.

My personal goal is to be able to wear a 2- piece swimsuit next summer (and look and feel good about it). Each summer passes and I say “next year”. Well this time I’m going to talk the talk, and walk the walk and DO IT!

Being a Registered Nurse I know the importance of daily exercise and healthy eating. Weight was never an issue in my life until I turned 40! Today is the turning point in my life, to begin a new journey. I hope you will join me.

Coaching goals:

*Discourage food from being a main source of entertainment.

*Encourage – not discourage your achievements and setbacks.

*Provide flexible exercise programs & times on WOW to fit into everyone’s busy life and schedule.

*Involve spouses and children to participate in exercise programs.

*Be a good listener and a caring ear.

*Help you to USE IT and LOSE IT!

*Allow you to Rant N Rave with me.

I am putting a challenge out to each of you viewing my web page to start exercising today! Each day do 1 thing such as a short walk, and work your way up to at least 30 minutes daily. By starting slow and increasing your activity daily, you will be on the road to a healthier lifestyle before you realize it.

We all are at different exercise levels and some may have physical disabilities, so we may each be at different starting point. But that’s all right, that’s one of the great things about MDB. They provide you with a variety of programs and each of us can adjust them to our specific goals and physical capabilities. The main thing is we start today!
