I'm finishing up my Master's degree and am working on my doctorate in Psychology. I LOVE weight training and am starting to lift pretty heavy and loving it. I say all of this so you can know that I have very limited time and HAVE to make the most of my workouts and I have to chose products that are Hi!!! I am extremely involved in fitness and weight training. NOT training for bulk (though hey...whateva floats your boat:). I love to write and create beautiful food. Photography. Making home videos (capturing the moments) with my daughter. Painting, Putting on music and allowing my body to move to the rhythm. Working out, yoga, meditation. Designing jeans, writing in my journal, reading amazingly mind altering books, Taking super duper hot bubble baths.....long walks along the beach...oh wait I'm getting beside the point ) I am a raw foodist. Meaning I only eat fruits, veggies, seeds, nuts and sprouted grains. My diet is expansive and I live in the best health ever! I am here to show EVERYONE that they too can live on a wholefood, healthy, vibrant diet. I read and study nutrition as a hobby ;-) I LOVE beachbody. I am on a limited budget, so I like to get quality for the money that I do spend! I ovn P90, P90X, All of the Turbo Jam series, Hip Hop Abs, Tony Horton's 10- Minute Trainer and am excited to be getting ChaLEAN Extreme. I know how to make fitness a large part of your lifestyle and how hard it can be for those who don't have a lot of money or a lot of time. I am great at motivating others and encouraging them on their fitness and health/nutrition goals. I am studying to be a Turbo Instructor and am about to start training as a CPT (certified personal trainer). I'm excited about fitness, healthy living and nutrition. JOIN ME!! Email me anytime. I started out getting into thinking about my health in college when I started rushing myself to the hospital a few times a month for chest pains. I was so overweight and I knew I needed a change. I found out my cholesterol was 293!!!! I knew I needed a change. I ordered P90 the VCR version. Yes that's how long Beach Body and I go back!!! I couldn't do 5 minutes. I was determined to get healthier. Then one thing led to another and my life got in the way. I gained 10 more pounds and went vegetarian. This is probably the only thing that stopped me from having a heart attack. After the birth of my daughter in 2004. I was very serious about changing my life. She was premature and fighting everyday for her existence. I thought, "if she can do it, so can I!" As I watched my body change before my eyes, I got very excited. I used motivational charts and graphs (I can help you with this) to set up a rewards system for me. 70+ lbs seemed like too much to lose, so I broke it down into 5 lb bags of sugar- I called it. When I got Turbo Jam in the mail...my whole life changed. I truly did fall in love with cardio (a hard thing for me) and have been in love with it ever since. | ||||||||
