I never had a weight problem until about 8 years ago when I started wining annual cruises from my job. It's true what they say that the average weight gain while you are on a cruise is about 10 pounds per person... well I have about 30 pounds that I just can't seem to drop from all that amazing food. It is my goal to drop all this "excess baggage" before the next cruise in January 2010.

I feel that getting back to my former self will help me with my profession as well. I am an outside sales rep selling Payment Servoces (Card Processing, Payroll Services, Remote Check Deposit)
My interests include: ATV trail riding, camping, boating and playing with my 2 dogs (Delilah the 12 yr old frisky Boxer, and little Maggie the 3 yr old (clown) min pin. I can't get through a work out without their "participation". Maggie licking my nose when ever my head is down during a yoga position and having to have a paw or some part of her touching me.
But I am motivated and excited to see the new me and be able to help others achieve their goals at the same time!
My favorite saying is: Shoot for the moon, even if you miss.... you'll still be among the stars! Diane
My Progress My Fitness Goal:
Transformation Story
I started my "back to health" journey in January when my Cardiologist gave me the ok... but it wasn't until I found Million Dollar Body (aka Beach Body)that I found the support to spur me on. Getting More...
I started my "back to health" journey in January when my Cardiologist gave me the ok... but it wasn't until I found Million Dollar Body (aka Beach Body)that I found the support to spur me on. Getting up early enough to get the work out time in before work was easy when I knew I had a success buddy relying on me to be there. I started with just yoga for the fist month (DVD I already had) then decided to try the Slim in 6 after seeing the video and success stories from real people. When the program arrived, it included recommendations on what supplements to take and how to kick start with the 2 day fast... so I postponed the start of my Si6 until I got my order in. Well I have to tell you... the performance formula... you may not think it's working ... but try going through the riggors of Debbie's Burn It Up (phase 3 of Slim in 6) and not take it!!! what a difference it makes! I decided to stop Si6 4 weeks into it (temporarily lost health insurance)just to be on the safe side and switched back to yoga... funny thing... the yoga was a breeze where it was difficult pre-Si6 and I find that my heart rate is rapid and erratic like it was before I started the program... hummmm Well, only 5 more days to get back on the program! Thus far the growing belt and shrinking measuring tape show the most difference to me... the dropped weight and better overall feeling of fitness are pretty nice too :^) I plan to restart the Si6 from the beginning and then on to the next program - it's between the Si6 series or Tony's P90 in Home Boot Camp - but the main thing is "just keep pushing play!"
