I have been going through alot of changes for the past 6 years. And slowly but surely the pounds crept up. I have gained 50 lbs in that time. I have been a yo-yo exercizer. I could never stick to a program, even when I'd start seeing results. Whenever I'd see a infomercial about a new workout program, I'd order it. You name it, I've got it! LOL... But this time I am determined to stay focused and change my lifestyle. I am ready to start feeling good again. I am currently changing alot of things in my life, and getting fit is one of them. I am so happy that Beachbody is here to help. :-)

Now that is something to be excited about! :-) I am going to start my turbo jam DVD's soon, and I plan to rock it hard and not miss any days. So I think I'll be seeing better results in my 60 day measurements. :-) I did injure my right foot this friday so I think I am going to do some winsor pilates until I can be up and running, maybe some Kathy Smith stuff as well... I want to start putting in at least 30 min of jogging along with my WO to maximize my results. Besides my dog would love me for it. :-)
10/22/06- Well I am not at my 30 day mark quite yet, but I wanted to say a little something. I am so excited because I am losing inches!!! I am LOSING inches!!! I haven't been losing that much weight, but I feel better and I am losing inches!! I can't express how happy I am!! Thanks to everyone who put these programs together.. and Thanks to Tony!! You are awsome!! (and kinda weird but you are very similar to my step-dad, kinda freaks me out sometimes, especially with the things you say.. I can always count on a (goodnatured) laugh when I do P90)
