I remember I was up late because I just had to eat again after a long night at the bar drinking and smokin'. Then the Beachbody commercial hit me like a brick. At that moment I remembered how wonderful I used to feel when I was so ripped and active that it almost made me sick to know what I had allowed myself to become. Power 90 came and I was like lightning to tear it open and push play. I just knew this was going to happen and I was going to re-appear!! Man - I have bones. Then I went straight for the Slim Series and wow - even more bones and now some serious muscles. Then the real action took place after my first round of P90X. Man, that is the bomb. I love it, love it, love it. I look and feel superb! I have so much energy and I am one solid chick. Of course I have some flabby sections, but they are going away. Thanks Tony.
One year update: I am doing my second sprint Triathlon and am on fire. I will never go back. I have changed my life, my attitude, my looks and most of all my eating habits. Somedays I say to myself that it is really ok to feel hungry, its good for me once in a while. I am on top of the world.
