My Photos | RhythmJean Hi, I became a new member in June 2007. I am an over 60+ grandmother who used to be in great shape in my youth even all the way to my 50's. But I always seemed to be least 20 lbs. overweight even then too. I would diet and exercise and lose the extra weight and then gain it back like a yo-yo syndrome. After I turned 50 and went through the change of life and had to take certain drugs and Hi, I became a new member in June 2007. After I turned 50 and went through the change of life and had to take certain drugs and medications that changed things for the worse for me. I gained about 60 extra lbs. from 1992 to the present and can't seem to lose more than 10 lbs and then still gain back a few of them and start all over again. This time my health is affected by this extra 80 lbs. that I am carrying around. I've got to get serious about working out and watch my diet every day. I know what I'm supposed to do, I even used to be an Aerobic Dance instructor when I was about 40 years old. I used to love to dance and they nicknamed me Rhythm Jean in High School. I want to recapture some of that energy and enthusiasm for life I always had. I have all the good books on diets that are out there now. The South Beach diet Dr. Perricone's book, YOU on a diet by Dr.Oz. I have all the knowledge but still not sticking to a regime that works. I am hoping and praying that joining the Million Dollar Body Club will be the ultimate answer for me and provide me with the help & support I need to reach my goal.
