I am a Digital Imaging Administrator (PACS) for hospitals in Florida. My wife and I race Jack Russell Terriers. I enjoy running in the winter and going to the rifle range. I edit and produce DVD videos as a weekend hobby. I am an avid Guitar Hero player and I love to man the grill.

Some of my goals are to lose weight (obviously), to feel physically better, and to feel better about myself. I want to lose somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 pounds. I know that I need to drop my body fat percentages down at least 15%. I have a class reunion coming up, and a birthday, and I will be in great shape for them.
