I am a 33 year old dentist . I went to university in London, ON where I
studied Honors physiology. Following graduation, I attended Marquette
School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, WI.
My passions are music and maintaing a fit and healthy lifestyle. I also enjoy
helping people achieve there fitness goals. Currently I have aspirations of

Transformation Story

Currently, I am in the process of completing my fourth round of P90X and I
can honestly say that I am in the best shape of my life! I am currently at 7%

Currently, I am in the process of completing my fourth round of P90X and I
can honestly say that I am in the best shape of my life! I am currently at 7%
body fat and have maintained these results for nearly a year. I have
developped an interest for long distance running and have participated in
several 5 and 10 km runs this past year. Currently my goal is to complete a
marathon next year.

As a child I was fairly active. I was a competitive gymnast, and also
participated in karate, soccer and swimming. During my highschool years I
developped a passion for recreational bodybuilding.

Fast forward 8 years of university, dental school and starting a career; I found
my self 5'6" and 180 lbs! I always thought I was in good shape until one day
on vacation in Las Vegas, I caught a glimpse of myself in a full length mirror
after taking a shower. Thinking to myself that I looked fat for a person who
worked out all the time was the wake up call I needed.
I also remembered seeing the P90X infomercial just weeks ago and decided to
order it.
Following the P90X nutrition guide and the doubles program are the tools I
used for my transformation. The changes that I saw have resulted in a
changed person. I am no longer the "shy guy" and have more energy and
fitness interests than ever before.


My transformation has resulted in several people asking me for advice about
fitness and weight management. As a result I became an ACE certified
personal trainer.

P90X is a program that will make you "functionally fit". It will provide you with
more energy and strength for everyday living. Not only does it provide you
with the proper exercises but also the proper intensity required to achieve
change. This program supplemented with the included nutrition guide is a full
proof method to extreme fitness.
