I am 37 years old, a mother of two, and a wife. For more than 8 years I was a
nutrition teacher at our local high school. I knew what was good nutrition
but I have to admit it wasn't always easy practicing what I preached. So
therefore, I yo-yo'd with different fad diets and exercise programs. I've
always struggled with that extra 20 lbs, it would come off with each fad, but

the first two months, which I love because it motivated me to stick with it! If
