May 2007:
Born in Redwood City, CA; on December 31, 1955. Grew-up in a military
family, so we traveled all my childhood. Settled in San Antonio, TX in about
1972. Married on June 16, 1979. AAS- Management (San Antonio College)
and BBA- Management (University of The Incarnate Word). Worked at USAA
for 28 years. Now I stay home cleaning, cooking and taking care of our Jack
Russell Terrier

05/27/07 to 08/24/07: I was born with asthma. From my mid-teens to
mid-30's, I had no problems with my illness. During this time I worked out

05/27/07 to 08/24/07: I was born with asthma. From my mid-teens to
mid-30's, I had no problems with my illness. During this time I worked out
everyday and was very fit. When my asthma flared back up, I was no longer
able to workout and the medication caused a part of my weight gain. Now
everything is under control and it's time to get back in shape. So far, in
addition to losing inches, the P90X program has helped my back and left leg
(I'm bone on bone in both places). Day 32 feeling great, down inches and 2
dress sizes. Everyone has noticed. I will keep Bringing It, while P90X keep
Taking IT!!! "LOVE P90X"

What a difference 90 days can make. Seventeen pound and inches. I can
really tell a difference in my clothes. Not to mention my back and left hip.
And can we talk about my breathing.

I'm down four (4) dress sizes. And everyone has noticed. My back and left
hip hardly has any pain. And I'm breathing better than I have in 15-20 years.
MMB/BB is the best medicine I've every had.

Went to the doctor a little over a week ago. She was amazed, about my
weight loss in such a short time. Better yet, my lung function test was 100%.
Any one suffering from any kind of respiratory problems know how big this
is! Talk about cutting medical expenses. If only everyone knew about and
followed MDB/BB program--problem would be solved.

I'm now looking forward to the next program HHA, then YBB.
But first I'll be on vacation, will still continue to workout. HHA will start on or
around 9/17/07.

09/17/07: Start HHA today. Looking forward to the results on 11/10/07.

Today is 10/11/07- 108 day since I started The MDB program. To date I have
lost 16 pounds and about 20 inches total. Feeling great!!! Will continue to
"PUSH PLAY".

11/09/07: Day 137, MDB/BB is still doing right by my body.
I'm feeling stronger and stronger everyday. Went for a check-up Tuesday--
GOOD NEWS- I'm doing so well the doctor said, I do not need to come back
for ONE Year! My asthma is 'under control'. This is the best news I've had in
a long time. I owe a big thanks to MDB/BB for helping. My doctor can not
believe how well I'm doing and how great I look {her words, not mine (:}.
Hugs and Kisses to all of you and all my WOWY buddies who workout with me
everyday. I would not be where I am today without any of you!! THANKS.


02/09/08: Day 259. Still feeling great. Slow by steady for me and that's OK.
The weight was not put on in one day and I'm not looking to lose it in one. As
long as MDB products are working for me, that's just fine! I know it's working,
because everyone tells me it is; they say may skin is glowing and my body
appear to be firmer! THAT MAKES ME HAPPY!!!


06/07/08: Things are great. I'm feeling good and loving MDB/BB. I'm now
following one of the menu program to the letter. Was eating healthy food, but
now know I have not been eating enough food. I am now and I can really tell
the difference. Hope this will make a difference in the weight. Toning is
already there, making it appear I have lost more weight then I have. I'm taking
one day at a time!


07/16/08: Just got my One on One-Plyo Legs today and I can't wait to test it
out. Found out I have problems with my thyroid, can't wait to get to the
specialist on August 19th. I'm hoping this is the key to me getting over the
hump. I've been working really hard and really don't seem to be losing much
weight. However, I do appear to be losing weight, at least that's what
everyone is telling me.

10/18/08: I'm now working Debbie Siebers' SI6, this is some workout. View it
before I started, I thought it would be easy- I was wrong. A couple weeks ago
I started using Total Body Solution--I LOVE IT! Everyone should add this to
their workout catalog. SI6 will end next week and I think I'll try Turbo Jam.
We'll see how it goes!

11/01/08: Today was a BIG day for me. I just completed the American
Diabetes 5k walk/run, here in San Antonio. I was part of Team BeachBody
team lead by AlliC and her husband GilC- thanks to both of you for allowing me
to be part of your team. I went out there with the intention of walking 1 mile,
but ended up walking the entire 3.1 miles. It was so much fun!! I have
decided, for now to go back to Hip Hop Abs. I'm really trying to focus on my
abs at this time, as this seem to be my trouble spot. Wish me luck!

12/01/08: In November I decided to do Hip Hop ABS, for the month of December I doing Turbo Jam. Getting ready for the ChaLean Extreme Launch Party on 01-03-09. If you happen to be in San Antonio on this day, please feel free to either email or call me. I'd love to have you at my party!

5/1/09: Starting a 'Thirty Day Slim Down Challenge' with facebook and Beach Body friends; with host Leah Case and Tanya Thurnau. This is going to be fun!
