as i had weight loss surgery and after 6 years, i have failed to keep up its results. Have gained almost 100 lbs since my lowest weight after surgery. Need to do something so that i do not get as heavy as a was, i would just die!!!!

I can't believe how well i have done with the Hip Hop Abs and Rockin' Body, Shaun T is awesome, he makes ya feel like you are right there, you end up laughing and really enjoying the workout. Further, I plan on losing another 43 lbs, and with Team Beachbody, I am now confident that I can do this. I can now carry my 3 year old, when i could barely do so before. Gee, I have hip bones, WHO KNEW!!! While my weight has been up and down my entire life, i feel confident that I will be able to keep losing and get to my goal of 180 lbs, what I weighed before I got pregnant with my 3 year old. Being 5'9" is tall enough to handle that much. My only problem is trying to keep my little girl from excersizing with me, as she could get hurt while i am unable to watch her and the TV too. But, my spouse supports me, I don't have a washboard stomach yet, but FYI, my abs are almost hard as a rock!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO Rock that body, and work those abs--TILT, TUCK, AND TIGHTEN!!!
